Artesanato com garrafas de vidro

 

 

Depois de um longo tempo em que estive doente, com preguiça e cansada, me deu vontade de fazer arte de novo. Eu comecei a juntar algumas garrafas e quando me dei conta, tinha tantas garrafas que precisei jogar fora um monte delas.

Estas eu fiz para o meu marido, que queria colocá-las na sala de música/bar. Foi ele quem escolheu a cor branca para as garrafas porque elas ficam luminescentes sob a luz negra.

Eu lavei as garrafas com água e detergente, enxaguei bem e deixei secar.

Eu usei tinta acrílica para artesanato e uma esponjinha de lavar louça.

Com a tinta no pratinho, eu molhava a ponta da esponja e ia dando batidinhas na garrafa para dar o efeito enrugado (vide foto). Se a tinta for muito líquida, não se consegue o efeito enrugado, por isso eu não diluí em água.

Depois de secas, apliquei uma segunda demão de tinta para cobrir bem e deixei secar.

Depois de secas eu enrolei a boca da garrafa com cordel  e colei os enfeites de metal.

Eu usei pistola de cola quente para colar  o cordel, mas não gostei muito, a cola aparece  e dá um acabamento não muito bom, além de que também fica luminescente sob a luz negra.

Eu quis refazer, usando cola branca, mas meu marido não quis.

Uma das garrafas ele envernizou com um verniz especial, que fica ainda mais luminescente com a luz negra.

After a long time, I am back. I have been sick, tired and a little bit lazy, but now I feel like to do handicrafts again.

I started saving some bottles and when I realized I had so many bottles that I needed to throw away a lot of them.

I made these bottles for my husband, who wanted to put them in the music room / bar. It was him who chose white for the bottles because they glow under black light (ultraviolet light).
I flushed out the bottles  and left to dry.

With some acrylic paint in a saucer and a piece of  dishwasher sponge, I applied a coat of paint, tapping the surface and left to dry before apply another one.

Once dry, I wrapped the bottleneck with sisal string and glued the metal ornaments.
I used hot glue gun but did not like because the glue appears, plus it also gets glow under a black light.
I wanted to redo using ordinary white glue, but my husband did not want.
One of the bottles he varnished with a special varnish, which glows under black light.
